Barely 50 days after the conduct of elections into Executive Council of Students’ Union Government of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Busari Ibrahim Olamide on Monday, 3rd April, took oath as number one student of the institution.
Olamide who hails from Oyo town became the first student from Oyo State to be elected as President of the SUG, Federal University of Technology, FUT Minna.
FreshPage recalls that the election that produced Olamide held on February 11, 2023 at the main campus of Federal University of Technology Minna Niger State.

Busari polled 2,236 votes to defeat his main opponent who scored 1,707.
Vice Chancellor of the institution and other top management members attended the inauguration of Olamide and other executive members at the Senate Chamber.
