Barely a week to much anticipated gubernatorial election in Oyo State and last minute reach out to electorates, Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has confessed that he will seek alignment with aggrieved members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) if elected for second term in Oyo State.
Governor Makinde also revealed that he has learnt some lessons over the last three years he has become governor of Oyo State.
Makinde made the submission while featuring on State Affairs,a socio-political programme of the Splash FM, Ibadan. The programme was anchored by respected journalist, Edmund Obilo.
While harping on likely benefit of his second term of his administration if elected, Governor Makinde said Oyo, Lagos and Ogun will jointly work towards lighting up Lagos/Ibadan Expressway for safer of road users. Governor Makinde boasted that his administration achieved light-up Ibadan, stressing that light-up Lagos/Ibadan is achievable.
Governor Makinde used the avenue to call on eligible voters in Oyo State to vote him and all other PDP candidates for House of Assembly come March 11.
